I purchased this item after reading several reviews and looking at all the possible hitches for my Lexus Rx 400H. Wanted to fit it by myself, but short of tools took it to one shop and even the shop owner said, that if it's 'curt' they have no issue fitting it to my car after all it's the best. Very happy with the purchase and feel good about my decision to cancel an appointment to install a hitch from U-haul.

Great hitch. Looks good on the SUV. Its heavy. I needed a second person to help steady it before I could attach the screws. The hardest part was removing the tow loops from the Lexus 400h.

Hangs low on highlanders, but its the way the highlander is set up not the receivers problem. Seemed like it was well built but the powder coat is extra thin. Some receivers incorporate a way to hold the wire harness... Not this one though. Over all i like it and recommend it.
