The picture quality and quiet operaton of this projector is outstanding. The problem is the pixels have started dying out now and I only have 387 hours of viewing time on this unit which I bought back in January, 2011. Originally bought this to present at my cub scouts meetings and such but ended up using it at home for movies.
The kids love it since we now have a movie screen at home. It is bright and the quality is decent for the price ($379 at Micro Center). I use it also as a portable projector and traveling with it is a breeze. It is very quiet.
Would love to have an audio out but that is not critical.
